We started out as a small lamp store in 2006 and have grown into a unique home décor, gift, and accessory store conveniently located on Celebration Avenue in the heart of Downtown Moneta, just 3 miles from SmithMountainLake. A Shade Brighter still has great lamps, but we now have gifts, greeting cards and gift bags, personalized wedding invitations, baby and graduation announcements, quilted handbags, and so much more. Affordable Home OUTLET is our newest venture that we opened in March of 2009. We've expanded our merchandise to include affordable home decor, unique accessory furniture, incredible artwork, folk art décor, bathroom vanities, mirrors, mantles, gas station memorabilia, and so many unusual pieces that we can't possibly list them all here.
